Learning Strategy survey

Melton City Council is creating a new Learning Strategy and is seeking community feedback to inform its development.

We are creating a new Learning Strategy to support everyone to achieve their learning aspirations. By leveraging existing partnerships and pursuing new opportunities, the new Learning Strategy will seek to improve learning outcomes for the community, attract new learning opportunities to the City, and grow the economic and digital capabilities of residents.

As an accredited UNESCO Learning City, Melton is a part of a Global Network of Learning Cities that share ideas and best practice with other global Learning Cities, as solutions for shared challenges that arise in local communities. The building blocks that support the framework of Learning Cities include:
  • Promote inclusive learning in the education system
  • Revitalize learning in families and communities
  • Facilitate effective learning for and in the workplace
  • Extended use of modern learning technologies
  • Enhance quality and excellence in learning; and
  • Foster a vibrant culture of learning throughout life
We want to hear your thoughts and encourage you to complete the following survey, or take part in an in-person workshop.  Your feedback will be used to inform the new Learning Strategy's vision, strategies, and actions, and help us deliver better community learning opportunities for all.

All completed surveys can choose to go in the draw to win one of five $100 shopping vouchers.
Please note:  All contact details are removed from any survey responses before analysis, so your feedback remains completely anonymous.
