RGS Remote-Hybrid Work Survey

The COVID pandemic fundamentally altered how local governments engaged with their workforces and customers. Now, agencies are navigating the response to workers and residents whose needs and expectations have shifted.

Regional Government Services (RGS) seeks input from local government agencies about the impact of this shift. The brief survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and will help us understand the challenges and success to adapting to remote/hybrid work.

Interested respondents can elect to have a summary report of the data collected at the end of the survey. Data in the report will be anonymous and without respondent name, agency name, and title. The report will only include general demographics.
