The USG Foundation values your privacy. We will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise make commercial use of any personal information that you submit via the USG Foundation's online Conflict of Interest Disclosure Certification. We will use and disclose the information you submit as the Board of Trustees or any committee with jurisdiction deems necessary or appropriate for the purpose of validating and enforcing the USG Foundation's conflict of interest policy, and we will take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security of this information.
