CSUDH College Corps Fellowship 2022 – 2023 Student Application


Section I – College Corps Fellowship Overview

What We’re Looking For
• Passion for working in partnership with communities to make positive change;
• Flexibility to work in different areas and adapt to changing circumstances;
• Growth mindset and eagerness to try new projects;
• Interest in connecting with and learning from other students and partners across the state;
• Willingness to be an ambassador for the Fellowship on campus and beyond.
• All students are welcome to apply regardless of immigration status.
•Must be willing to complete 450 hours of service from Fall 2022 through Spring 2023.


What You’ll Do
Fellows will work with K-12 schools, food banks/pantries, or climate action organizations to build healthier and more equitable communities across California. Assignments will be based on the partner site and Fellows’ area of interest.

Where You’ll Serve
College Corps offers service positions in local nonprofits and municipal agencies within a reasonable distance from campus including LAUSD South, Compton Unified School District, Mudtown Farms and Firehouse Community Garden.
