1.2 By submitting any data through our surveys, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not submit your data through our surveys.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a response through our surveys; by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

Service

Final Expense Insurance Program; you may receive messages to remind you of appointments set with the insurance agents and replies to your queries by SMS. No promotional texts are sent.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to mabprojectmagement@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Acceptable submissions
2.1 You must not:
(a) Fill in our surveys with spam information such as foul languages and absurd data;
(b) Fill in our surveys with in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;
(c) copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software;
(d) Fill in our surveys with automated use of bots or robots

2.2 You must ensure that all the information you supply to us through our website, or in relation to our website, is true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading.

Exclusion of Liability
3.1 You acknowledge that:
(a) some of the brokers/agents we work with may not provide quotes from all of the insurers in the industry. You may need to contact specific insurers directly to allow you to make a comparison against the quotes you receive from our partners;
(b) we do not check, audit, monitor or control: the credit worthiness of agents, the security of agent websites, or the accuracy of the information published by agents;
(c) we are not party to any contract for the sale or purchase of goods or services entered into between you and an agent;
and accordingly, we will not be liable to you in relation to any loss or damage arising out of any use of an agent website, any information provided by an agent, any offer made by an agent, or any contract with a agent.
3.2 We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
3.3 We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
3.4 We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.
3.5 We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
3.6 We are not responsible for the enforcement of any obligations arising out of a contract between you and any third party, and we will have no obligation to mediate between the parties to any such contract.

Report discontent
4.1 If you learn of any unlawful material or activity on our surveys, or any material or activity that breaches these terms and conditions, please let us know.

Limited warranties
5.1 We do not warrant or represent:
(a) the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our landing pages;
(b) that the material on the landing page is up to date; or
(c) that the landing page or any service on the landing page will remain available.

Indemnity
6.1 You hereby indemnify us, and undertake to keep us indemnified, against any and all losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us and arising directly or indirectly out of your use of our website or any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

7.1 Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:

(b) permanently prohibit you from accessing our landing pages;
(c) block computers using your IP address from accessing our landing pages;
(d) commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise
