Lisa Henley will contact you if an extra room is available. We ask that you treat any hotel reservations made inside the TWCA room block as non-cancellable so that the Association does not incur significant penalties if many attendees cancel at the last minute. We appreciate your support in reducing TWCA's legal risk for this event.
