Thank you for providing the information we need to begin reactivating your organization with CIBMTR. The next steps are:

The Contracts department will contact you about the updated data-sharing agreement - the MHA
The Regulatory staff will contact you regarding IRB setup
The CIBMTR Center Maintenance team will contact you about setting up new accounts and beginning to report after the contract and IRB setup is completed

After the center is reactivated and user accounts are created, all questions and requests should be submitted via CIBMTR Center Support at https://nmdp.service-now.com/csm.
