Open Enrollment Survey for Retirees

Tell us how we did!

If you responded to our survey about Open Enrollment education materials last May — thank you! We updated our website and print materials last year, guided by your feedback and a workgroup put in place by the Council of UC Emeriti Associations (CUCEA) and the Council of UC Retiree Associations (CUCRA).

We’d love to know how we did and how we can continue to improve.

This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and your responses are completely anonymous and confidential.

To make your benefits choices easier to understand, we redesigned our mailed Open Enrollment packet (pdf) to include:

  • A color brochure that highlights benefits changes, choices and costs
 
  •  And a black and white information booklet with supporting and legally required information
 

Our redesigned Open Enrollment website also highlights changes, choices and costs — for medical plans and other benefits.

The website features links to UCRAYS, where you log in to enroll in benefits, and to UCnet, where you can find information about your benefits all year long.

We'd like to ask a few questions about our redesigned Open Enrollment packet (pdf), Open Enrollment website and retiree newsletter (New Dimensions).
