Honors Student Feedback Survey

Honors Student Feedback Survey

Cal Poly is currently conducting a Program Review for the University Honors Program.  The university completes program reviews for departments and programs to assess how well things are going and to provide input for strategic planning efforts.  An important element of program review includes feedback from stakeholders. Therefore, we would like to hear from you regarding your experiences as a current Honors student.   Your feedback will help the university to understand what Honors is doing well and how it might be improved in the future.  There are no “right” or “wrong” responses.  We are interested in your honest feelings and impressions of the program. We will not be collecting any identifying information, so we hope you feel as though you can answer openly.

The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, there are instructions on how you can enter your name to win one of four $50 gift certificates to the University Bookstore.

Thank you so much for considering this request.  Supportive and constructive feedback from stakeholders like you are essential to the success of the Honors Program at Cal Poly.
