RIA Advocacy & Government Affairs (AGA) TPA Scorecard Survey

Important: You must click on the "Save and Continue later" button on the top right of the survey screen in order to leave and come back to the survey to complete your responses. This will send a link to your email which will allow you to pick up where you left off. If you do not click "Submit" on the last page of the survey, your responses will not be saved.

The purpose of the AGA TPA Scorecard Survey is to help restoration contractors make better decisions. Similar to TPAs comparing and publishing contractor scores in each market, the AGA TPA scorecard survey helps contractors evaluate TPA programs and how they compare to each other. We believe this will ultimately drive better customer service to contractors.

Here’s how this anonymous survey works:
  • Provide a rating of 1 star (very dissatisfied) to 5 stars (very satisfied) in each category for all Third Party Administrator (TPA) programs you have worked with within the last 12 months.
  • Select N/A for TPAs you have not worked with within the last 12 months.
  • Provide up to three suggested improvements that TPAs you have worked with within the last 12 months can make in each category.
The results of this anonymous survey will be compiled and published in a TPA Scorecard Report and will also be communicated directly with TPAs to advocate for suggested improvements.
