University Honors Program - Transfer Application Request

Thank you for your interest in the University Honors Program at Cal Poly. A conditionally admitted transfer student can request an application through this form. Once the Honors Program office has verified the student is eligible to apply, an application will be sent via email within 24-48 hours.

Honors Program Transfer applications for Fall 2024 are due by May 2 at 4pm. We will accept application requests up to 48 hours before the application due date and time. Please make sure you set the University Honors Program as a safe sender in your e-mail software so that your application e-mail and link do not go to spam.
