This quiz is to test your knowledge over the Vaccine Allocation and Ordering System (VAOS) Training videos. If you have not yet watched the training videos, you can find them here: https://dshs.texas.gov/immunize/Vaccine-Management-Resources-for-TVFC-and-ASN.doc
This quiz is required for Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) program primary and backup vaccine coordinators. A score of 80% or higher must be achieved to pass the quiz and fulfill the training requirement. Once you receive a passing score, a VAOS Training Certificate will be sent to the email address you enter during the quiz. If you do not receive an email, the VAOS Training Certificate can also be downloaded at the end of the quiz.
If you do not pass the quiz, you can restart the quiz. Unlimited quiz attempts are permitted.
