Shortcut Steps
1. Download the SolarWinds free tool Plan Explorer.
2. Install Plan Explorer. Here are directions if needed. Once installed it should look like this.
3. Start a new session, then open a query plan (steps can be found
here).
4. Once open, right-click on the graph and change ‘Costs By’ to just ‘CPU’, like so:
5. Change ‘Line Widths By’ to ‘Data Size (MB)', shown below:
6. Take a screenshot of the first
two steps in the Plan Diagram and submit it.
