ARCHS Enrichment Programs Proposal

Information

ARCHS is seeking funding proposals from service providers to deliver enrichment programming to youth in grades K-12.  Enrichment programming will be delivered in partnership with existing ARCHS funded partners to enhance their afterschool programs during the spring. Note: Proposals submitted for standalone community-based afterschool programs will not be considered at this time. This opportunity will only support youth enrolled in afterschool programs currently funded by ARCHS.

Proposals selected for funding will be expected to deliver services starting in spring of 2026. (operating between March - May 2026).

ARCHS' afterschool programs provide safe environments at no cost to families, which allow time time for parents to work or partake in education and/or training activities. They also offer youth development and family-focused activities.

Enrichment programs generally tend to focus on one or more of the following areas and can be offered in a single session or multiple sessions over a span of several weeks.
  • Mental health
  • Education (Health, Literacy, Career, STEM, etc.)
  • Creative Arts/Expression
  • Social Emotional Skill Building
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Physical Health and Wellness
Funding award amounts will vary; however, award amounts have historically been within a $2,000 - $11,000 range. The target audience for services will be youth participating afterschool programs within a broad range of ages. Services should be hands-on and engaging for youth.

Applications will be due by Friday January 23th, 2026 at 5 p.m.
