2021-22 ECFE Community Needs Assessment

The questions below constitute your 2021-22 ECFE community needs assessment reporting requirements related to Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.13, subdivision 13.
Please note that there are required and optional questions. Questions 1-8 are required. Please also consider completing the optional questions, as these provide valuable information that will help MDE provide better support and guidance to the field.
