Intent to Graduate 2023

This form is required for ALL students who plan to finish by May 2023. It will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Due Date: December 31, 2022 or the first day of your last course (whichever comes first)

Associate & Bachelor graduation fee: As of the 22-23 school year, there is NO extra graduation fee. If you attend in-person or virtually, your cap/gown/tassel and honor cords (if eligible) will be ordered and provided by the College (the cost has been accounted for within the regular tuition/fees).

Master's graduation fee: For the inaugural class of our graduate program (cohorts 1 & 2), the master's cap/gown/tassel and hood will be provided by the College free of charge if you attend the ceremony, either in-person or virtually. There is NOT an additional graduation fee.

The student is the only person permitted to complete and submit this form. No one else may fill out this form on a student's behalf.
Ceremony Choices

Your ceremony choice is not "locked in" until your name has been printed in the ceremony program. You may change your ceremony choice up to 3 months prior to the ceremony by sending a written request to .
No Ceremony: Yes, you must complete this form, even if you don't plan to attend. Your name will be included in the 2023 program.

Virtual Attendance: choose one of the ceremony dates below*

2023 Ceremony: Saturday, May 6, 2023, must finish all courses by this date or, if online/graduate student, by May 14, 2023
2024 Ceremony: Saturday, May 4, 2024

*Attending virtually means that we will send you the live stream and recording links and certain graduation items. Specifics are provided on the 'Commencement' page later in this form.
Regardless of ceremony attendance, your diploma will be mailed 5-6 weeks after your last official day of class. Graduates who attend the ceremony will receive a diploma cover as a stand-in for their actual diploma. This is due to the time it takes for the posting of final grades and processing/printing.
