This form may be used to provide additional information in the event of a Water Supply Requirement (WSR) calculation on a non-residential property.

Staff may send this form to collect property information from a customer.
Entities not addressed by a standard WSR calculation in Sec. 26-149 may provide additional information to support an estimate for peak annual water use.

Non-residential entities can apply for alternative compliance under City Code section 26-150 provided:

The applicant demonstrates alternative compliance WSR is at least 20% less than Utilities' calculated WSR.
An application and engineered estimate are submitted that demonstrate water-saving strategies and how they will be maintained in perpetuity.
The reduced WSR does not adversely affect the water utility.

Additional information may be requested during the review process. Please note that residential WSRs are not eligible for alternative compliance.

It is assumed the difference between the total irrigated area and the area of grass is composed of shrubs, trees, flower beds, etc. If this is not the case for your property, please explain.

Water Conservation staff can produce an estimated landscape water budget based on landscape type, weather factors, and irrigation equipment. The budget shows the estimated annual volume of water necessary to irrigate the total landscape area on a property. Please email WaterConservationStaff@fcgov.com to request a Landscape Water Budget for your property.
