The following questions are for illustrative purposes only. They are examples of the different question types and formats that candidates may encounter on the multiple-choice examination. Questions that appear on the actual examination vary in difficulty and may be easier or more difficult than the questions illustrated. The actual examination will include 120 multiple-choice questions, consisting of the 90 question Court Clerk exam, with an additional 30 questions specific to the Senior Court Clerk exam. We anticipate candidates will have four (4) hours to complete the examination, subject to change.
