Coordinated Plan Survey

MTC is conducting a study to identify transportation gaps faced by older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes. Findings from this study will help the region decide how to prioritize funds and bring together transportation agencies and providers to better meet the needs of these communities. Please take a moment to complete this survey.
