2022 Skin Cancer — Camper Parent Post-lesson

To help us determine how effective the Sun-Smart Program was for each family, we are asking that you take a few minutes to complete this five-question post-program survey. We encourage you to do so with your child(ren) — they, as well as you, may be surprised at what you’ve learned!
