Population Category (community is evaluated):
o two volunteer judges visit and evaluates the community to provide a report, mention and bloom rating o evaluation will be planned to be scheduled for two days with accommodation provided by the host community
o The evaluation will take place in July or August. The dates are determined in consultation with the community subject to the availability of the volunteer judges.

Friends Category (community is not evaluated):
o community is not evaluated : becomes part of the Communities in Bloom network
