Savings Match Challenge Sign-Up Form

In order to be considered for the Savings Match Challenge, you must complete and submit this form by May 31. The KFC Foundation will verify your eligibility and email you by June 10 with next steps.

Be prepared to share the following items:
  • Your yearly total household income (have your 2021 Form 1040 tax return handy—you'll enter the 2021 Adjusted Gross Income listed on the form)
  • Employee ID
  • Restaurant ID
To be eligible, you must:
  • Be employed at a KFC restaurant that participates in the KFC Foundation’s Franchise Donation Program
  • Meet an income eligibility requirement, but don't let this part stop you from signing up. We encourage everyone to sign up, regardless of whether you think your income would be eligible or not. We'll verify this part after you submit your form!
Important Notes:
  • Only complete forms will be reviewed; partial forms are not considered.
  • After you complete the form, you'll receive a confirmation email from Alchemer. If you don't get a confirmation email, your form is incomplete and won't be considered.
  • Be sure to provide a VALID personal email address—this is how we will contact you.

Key Dates
May 31: Deadline to submit your sign-up form
June 10: You'll receive an email from the KFC Foundation by June 10 with next steps and instructions on setting up your Savings Match Challenge account
July 1-Dec. 31: Savings Match Challenge!
