Data cohort questionnaire – consent and governance

Thank you for your support for our ELSI research project on participant facing governance of cohorts. We value your time and insights, and look forward to sharing the results of our research with you.

This questionnaire should take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete. Your answers will provide valuable empirical evidence on how data cohorts are meeting the challenges relating to consent and governance.
