To utilize an automobile in your booth display, submit this form and Certificate of Insurance to Informa Markets for approval.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle is insured for full reinstatement and replacement of the automobile
Commercial General Liability with coverage limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, and Property Damage and Loss of Income coverage with coverage limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
The certificate must name Informa Markets, its employees and representatives, Charlotte Convention Center, its employees and representatives, and Freeman, its employees and representatives as additionally insured.
