ASTA provides fundamental business and professional development opportunities via events to support travel advisors. To assist our members financially and allow them the chance to attend ASTA events, we've created the ASTA Events Scholarship Program.
In an effort to bring representation from all 50 U.S. states to Capitol Hill, ASTA is offering scholarships for select states to ASTA Legislative Day, taking place June 21-22, 2022, in Washington, DC. Visit

The scholarship represents approximately $643 in value and includes:
- Your admission fee to ASTA Legislative Day 2022
- One-night complimentary hotel stay at our host hotel, Hilton DC National Mall (Wharf)

Eligibility
Applicants must 1) Must be an active ASTA member with a paid thru date of December 31, 2022, or beyond. 2) Reside in one of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming 3) Cannot have received an event scholarship in 2021.
Terms and Conditions
This offer is only valid for those who complete the questionnaire and meet the eligibility requirements listed above. Scholarships are limited to one person per state. Scholarship recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes. Those subject to U.S. law will be issued a Form 1099-MISC for the retail value of the scholarship won if $600 or more. Scholarships do NOT include airfare or anything of a personal nature, personal charges at the hotel, gratuities, etc. Upon accepting ASTA Legislative Day 2022 Scholarship, the participant will be required to 1) pay a $14.99 non-refundable processing fee and 2) make their hotel reservations.
