To move strategically, you must know where you are and where you want to go both as an organization and as a system. Within the QSAT you will be asked to respond to a series of indicator statements that will provide insight into where your organization is on its journey and its readiness for transforming in the digital age.
Below are a series of statements related to key indicators for digital transformation in the public workforce system. Please indicate your level of agreement with each statement.
5 = Very High/True – We’re all doing this. The leadership of our organization clearly and consistently articulates and demonstrates this factor fully, championing it to stakeholders. Individuals and practices throughout the organization clearly reflect this statement on a regular and recurring basis.
4 = High/Mostly True – Most of us are doing all or most of this. The leadership of our organization clearly articulates and demonstrates this factor with enthusiasm and support when it is attached to specific strategies or initiatives. Individuals and practices throughout the organization demonstrate a high level of commitment and progress toward reflecting this statement.
3 = Moderate/Somewhat True – Most of us are doing most of this, but to a lesser extent or we are actively working toward this. The leadership of our organization articulates and demonstrates this factor to some extent in certain instances. Individuals and practices throughout the organization demonstrate a high level of commitment and some progress toward reflecting this statement.
2 = Low/Not True Yet – Some of us are doing parts of this or are planning on doing this. There are a few pockets and instances of organizational leaders, individuals, and practices that articulate and demonstrate this factor, but it is not coming from the top, or is not widely accepted, or is not spreading throughout/taking root in our organization.
1 = Very Low/Not True – We’re not doing or planning on doing this yet. I don’t see this happening in my organization often or to the extent described. I am not aware of short/long-term plans to do this.
