Why register?
Registering will help to ensure that your bookings with Diversity Travel can be made as quickly and efficiently as possible, since registration details are captured only once. All bookings will be invoiced directly to the University – not to you as a business traveller.
How will my details be used?
These details are important as they will be used to form the basis of your account setup on all of Diversity Travel’s systems – including GateWay, the online booking tool.
Who can register?
Our registered users can only include staff or PhD students with an email address belonging to the University or its subsidiary companies. Once registered, all users are travel bookers and have the ability to book travel for themselves, other staff, students and University guests – including groups.
All travel bookers must register with their UOE organisational email address. Any requests received with a personal/non-work email address will automatically be rejected and will not be actioned.
