Learning 2022 Call for Proposals

Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in speaking at Learning 2022!

We are excited to announce the opening of the call for proposals for Learning 2022. We are looking forward to this year's conference and eager to host a fun and inspiring event that addresses the evolving needs of today's learning leaders and their teams.

The Learning 2022 conference takes a leadership-oriented view of strategies, technology, and trends with an eye toward improving the effectiveness of learning throughout an organization and identifying and developing the skills needed to address the top challenges facing learning leaders today.

Before you begin the submission process, it can be helpful to write a draft as well as read some examples of what we're looking for in proposals.
  • Proposal questions: This Word file file includes all the proposal questions, allowing you to draft out your answers in advance of submitting them here.
  • Proposal Examples: Consider downloading this PDF that shares examples of what makes a successful session proposal and what common mistakes you'll want to avoid.
  • FAQ: You may refer to How to Submit a Speaking Proposal for more information on the event and its audience, etc.
NEW FOR 2022: Full-Day Preconference Workshops
We will be hosting full-day pre-conference workshops on Sunday, November 6. These workshops run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, offering detailed agendas that focus on developing in-depth knowledge and skills. You’re invited to submit your ideas for presenting a workshop in addition to your proposed concurrent session topics!

Also, we’re always happy to help anyone who wants to propose a session. If you have questions or just want to bounce your ideas off of someone to see if they might be a fit, don't hesitate to reach out to us by emailing

Thank you for your proposal and for being a part of our community.
