Lumina Learning Neurodiversity Research

The aim of this research is:

To investigate the different experiences of using workplace assessments for neurotypical, neurodiverse and individuals living with a chronic condition or disability.

It will take around 15-20 minutes to complete. This questionnaire can be taken by anyone 18 years or older.

We are also looking to investigate external perceptions of performance at work, and how this might relate to neurodiversity. This part of the research is optional, and if you choose to take part, we will be asking you to nominate someone who knows you well who can provide an assessment on your performance at work. This assessment will take your nominated rater approximately 5-10 minutes.

As part of the research, you will also have the opportunity to complete the Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion questionnaires. You will receive a free personalised Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion report shortly after completion of each questionnaire and free access to the Lumina Splash App, aimed at increasing your self-awareness.

Data Protection and Privacy

Any information you provide to us through these questionnaires, and all of your responses, will only be used for research purposes and for generating the personalised reports for you. Your information will not be shared outside of Lumina Learning. Lumina Learning Ltd is the data controller.

Any responses provided by your nominated rater will be anonymous, and you will not have access to their responses.
