After an extremely difficult December and restrictions still remaining into January UKH is keen to get an understanding of how hospitality businesses are trading, what their staffing challenges are looking like and what can be done to support the recovery in 2022.
As always this will be fed into the appropriate Government channels to support their understanding of the sector and where financial and regulatory assistance should be directed.
