A Paddle Australia Team Manager is responsible for:
· Working closely with PA to outline the responsibilities of all team officials, and with SOEC and relevant DTC Chair regarding all aspects of the Team;
· Meeting the needs of Team Members to help minimise problems pre, during and post tour;
· Ensuring there is regular communication (written and oral) and updates with Team Members and PA on tour planning, dates, and arrangements;
· Liaising with event organising committees, the Coach, and the Team;
· Liaising with the PA Media Manager before and throughout the tour regarding Team information, access to Athlete’s insight and interviews;
· Meeting all responsibilities whilst on tour.
