To aid in information gathering and to ensure the Committee receives critical input from all stakeholders, we have created this medium by which input to CAPS, whether anonymous or attributed, can be submitted.
The Committee will read all submissions to this site. Any submission to CAPS using this form will comply with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). Your contact information will remain confidential; however, any statement submitted to the Panel will be made publicly available.
Your submission may not include ITAR restricted data or other sensitive materials.
The deadline to submit input to the Committee is on Friday, February 18, 2022, after which this form will be closed.
