By submitting your phone number, address, and/or email address, you consent to receive marketing calls or texts made on behalf of the Paul Munly Agency and Farmers® entities-including the Foremost®, Bristol West®, and 21st Century Insurance® companies - or their representatives, even if your telephone number is listed on a national, state or business do-not-call registry. These calls or texts may use an automated telephone dialing system and/or artificial or prerecorded voice. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

By supplying your Drivers License number and/or the drivers license number(s) of member(s) of your household, you authorize licensed staff members of the Paul Munly Agency to obtain motor-vehicle record and consumer reports associated with the individuals to whom the aforementioned drivers license numbers belong for the purpose of determining eligibility for insurance, to provide pricing of insurance products & services, and to market insurance products and services we believe may be of benefit to you.
