Thank you for your application to Leadership Stark County's Signature Program.

A letter of recommendation is required in addition to the application.

The letter should explain how this candidate meets the qualifications for participation in Leadership Stark County. Include examples of accomplishment, leadership, commitment, and service to others
Please do not include any additional documents such as resumes, additional letters, etc. These will not be forwarded to the Selection Committee.
The letter should include the writer's name, title, company, relationship to applicant, and signature.
Please email (with signature) to info@leadershipstarkcounty.org or mail to LSC, 222 Market Ave. N, Canton OH 44720 by April 18, 2022.
You may download the instructions HERE and give them to the person who will write the letter.

Your $25 application fee is due with your application. You may pay online or by check payable to Leadership Stark County.
