Digitization Kit User Survey

Please take a moment to provide feedback on your experience with the Digitization Kits. The Library of Michigan collects evaluation feedback of our services in order to provide data to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) as a requirement of our Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funding grant, which was used to purchase Digitization Kit equipment.
