MyDoc Pre-Departure Test Registration



Online registration is your first step to a hassle-free pre-departure testing (PDT) experience. 

Please fill in the registration form below. Once your have completed filling in the registration form, you should receive an email confirming your appointment. Our team will get in touch with you should your appointment require rescheduling.

You will also receive an invoice for payment. Kindly ensure payment is made before your appointment.

Terms & Conditions:
  1. We offer this Test as a possible way of satisfying the differing requirements of various countries for negative Covid-19 test results prior to travelling to their territories. However, please note you are solely responsible for determining that the Test is suitable for your particular requirements, including whether it satisfies the standards you are seeking to meet for entry into any particular international destination.
  2. It is solely your responsibility to book your Test at an adequate time to ensure that you get your results on time so as to not impact your travel plans. As a general guide, you should present yourself for your Test between 38 and 72 hours before their flight to ensure a valid test certificate.
  3. Full payment is required via Credit Card, PayNow or Bank transfer to MyDoc at least two (2) working days prior to the date of Pre-departure scheduled appointment.
  4. Booking must be made at least three (3) working days in advance. For bookings that are less than three (3) working days from their departure flight, please email to MyDoc at support@my-doc.com.
  5. Patients may cancel their booking no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If payment has been made, it will be refunded. Please inform us of your cancellation by writing to support@my-doc.com.
