WDPD Fitness Interest Survey 2022

In the upcoming 2022 year, the Park District is aiming to meet the fitness needs and desires of the community. YOU play a role in helping us achieve this goal with any input you’re willing to share with us. Below are a few new classes being offered in the new year along with suggested fitness terms that might help us get the gears moving towards a new successful class to offer. We value your feedback!
Adult Yoga: Enjoy an hour of yoga for all levels of participants taught by professional certified yoga instructors from Chicago Loves Dance. This class is a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, as well as meditation and relaxation to help promote mental and physical well-being.
Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00pm starting March 16 (6-week sessions) 
$90 R / $100 NR


Strength & Tone Circuit: This well-rounded workout includes cardiovascular exercises and alternating strength work to tone your body. Strength and Tone Circuit is appropriate for all fitness levels!
Thursdays from 6:00 – 6:45pm starting March 3 (4-week sessions)
$32 R / $40 NR  


Core & More: Join us for a strength circuit that focuses on lower body
exercises, core work, and balance elements along with abdominal exercises on the floor.
Wednesdays from 9:00 – 9:45am starting March 2 (5-week session)
$32 R / $40 NR

Spin & Abs - Fridays from 9:00 - 9:45am
