ShipStation's ODBC function is available for Enterprise accounts that meet specific requirements.

This form is comprised of questions that are designed to determine if your account would be a good fit for this service. All requirements must be met before we can enable this on your account.

                If you are not able to meet all of the requirements, we will not be able to implement ODBC for you.
This question requires a valid email address.
4. Do you have access to your database? *This question is required.
Shipstation ODBC requires you meet this requirement.  We are not able to implement ODBC without it.

5. A Database Administrator (DBA) is required to complete your ODBC connection to Shipstation. Do you have a Database Administrator on staff? *This question is required.

5. All import fields must be within a single table.  There are no exceptions to this requirement. Do all of the fields exist in a single table? *This question is required.

5. If postback is a request, all postback fields must write to a single data source and a single table.  If you require postback is it in a single table in a single data source? *This question is required.

5. If requesting a postback, the order number is required.  Does your postback table include the order number? *This question is required.

5. There are particular fields that are required to import orders via ODBC into ShipStation. Do you have a field for your order number? *This question is required.

5. The table must contain a last modified or order date with a time stamp. This is required. 
The date-time format must have values for year, month, day, hour, minute, and second, though they don’t have to be in that specific order.
Here are some examples: YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS, MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS 
Does the table contain the last modified date or order date with the required values of year, month, day, hour, minute and second?

5. The table must contain Recipient Information.  This is required. 
The recipient info must include at a minimum, Full Name or First Name and Last Name, Address Line 1, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country in a 2-character ISO code format.
Three character country codes are NOT supported. 
Does the table include these fields in the correct format as required?

5. A Windows OS is a requirement for ShipStation ODBC.  Is your computer running on a 32 or 64 bit windows OS? (examples: XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10). *This question is required.
