SupplySide East 2022 - Booth Approval Form

Extended Deadline: March 25, 2022 

All Exhibitors at SupplySide East are required to submit a Booth Approval Form. The purpose of the form is to inform show management of the plans for each booth space to better assist with planning for the event, and prevent any unexpected issues when exhibitors arrive. Exhibitors that fail to submit the Booth Approval form will be subject to an on-site review which may result in the booth design being altered or removed. Please read the Booth Rules and Regulations located in the Exhibitor Services Kit for details. Questions should be addressed to sse.exhibitors@informa.com.

11. Are you utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to assemble your booth? *This question is required.
If you are hiring an EAC please submit required information to GES here: https://ordering.ges.com/081600938/eacs 

NOTE:  EACs will not be allowed on the trade show floor unless they have submitted required information to GES. 


 
Booth Information
Please note the following height limitations:
  • In-line Booth
    • Front 5 ft. (1.52m) max height is 4 ft. (1.22m)
    • Back 5 ft. (1.52m) max height is 8 ft. 3 in. (3.05m x 3.05m)
  • Island Booth - 16 ft. (4.88m)

Hanging sign max height is 16 ft. (4.88m) from the top of the sign to the floor. Hanging signs are not allowed in In-Line Booths.
