Indicator 17: SSIPNorth Dakota's State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) State identified Measurable Result (SiMR) is focused on improving the extended six-year graduation rate for students identified as having an emotional disturbance (ED).
The graph below shows the historical data for Indicator 17. The baseline is 60.22%. The target must be
higher than the baseline year. The recommended target for 2025-26 is 62.00%. The table below shows the recommended targets between now and 2025-26.
