Indicator 17: SSIP
North Dakota's State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) State identified Measurable Result (SiMR) is focused on improving the extended six-year graduation rate for students identified as having an emotional disturbance (ED).

The graph below shows the historical data for Indicator 17. The baseline is 60.22%. The target must be higher than the baseline year. The recommended target for 2025-26 is 62.00%. The table below shows the recommended targets between now and 2025-26.

6. Do you approve the targets between 2020-21 and 2025-26?  Note that the increase in targets is small at the beginning and large at the end so that districts have time to change and improve their practices.
