University of California, Santa Cruz—2021 Alumni Survey

Welcome to the 2021 UC Santa Cruz Alumni Survey! Your input is vital to helping us understand alumni sentiment toward the university and continue to build an engaged and mutually supportive UC Santa Cruz community both on campus and extending to our 140,000 alumni worldwide. We are so grateful for your time and insights. We are committed to taking action on the feedback that you and your fellow alumni provide, and will report the results of the survey as we launch into the New Year.

This survey is optimized for desktop and laptop computers. If you are taking the survey on your phone, please turn the device sideways to the landscape orientation. The survey is divided into four sections, and should take about 15 minutes to complete. None of the questions are required. Survey data are for the exclusive use of UC Santa Cruz and will not be shared with any outside party.
