The Sherlock Center promotes membership for all in school, work and the community. We use four main tasks to do our work. Those tasks are:
• training of future teachers and professionals,
• community services,
• sharing information, and
• doing research.
This survey asks you to give information about yourself or on behalf of your family member that will help the Sherlock Center to write a plan for the next five years. The plan will be a roadmap to the services we will offer and the projects we will do.
The survey should take you less than 15 minutes to complete.
