IAOP SRO/IS Social Impact Center Survey

Businesses across industries are increasing their focus on social and environmental issues and applying that lens to their third-party partners by prioritizing providers that intentionally hire and provide career development opportunities to people who otherwise have limited prospects for formal employment.

To help build a body of knowledge on this practice, called Social Responsibility in Outsourcing (SRO) and/or Impact Sourcing, please share your organization’s approach in Everest Group’s survey, launched on behalf of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Aggregated survey insights will become part of the knowledge center of IAOP’s newly launched Center for Social Impact, which is dedicated to industry advancement, collaboration, and education. Additionally, your input will help guide the Center’s areas of focus.

Everest Group is the research partner of IAOP and an active member of the Center of Excellence’s leadership group.

Survey time and access
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and does not require you to search out or collate any data; please simply use your best judgment in responding to the questions.

You will receive an email with a unique link to finish the survey. When you are ready to continue, you can click the link, and the survey will resume where you left off. Confidentiality pledge
