What is a Tessitura Community Chair?
Tessitura Community Chairs volunteer their time to build Tessitura Community Groups and host meetups that bring members together to share best practices and build relationships. Each community group is led by two to three co-chairs and may also have an extended planning team. Community groups are expected to meet virtually or in-person at least once per year. Previous experience in group management or facilitation is not required, and Tessitura provides support and resources to anyone interested in growing as a Community Chair.
To qualify for the Community Chair role, you will meet the following requirements:
- You are employed by an organization using Tessitura
- You have participated in the Tessitura community for at least 6 months, such as contributing to a forum discussion and/or attending community group events
- You have at least 6 months experience at an organization live with Tessitura
