The First Year Success Program (FSP) provides programming and assistance to first-year students on academic probation for the first time. We are looking for diverse graduate students, faculty, and staff who are committed to supporting students as they work towards success for future quarters to come. Due to COVID-19, all students will be enrolled in a Canvas module and will interact with program materials virtually throughout the quarter.

The requirements for FSP Coaches are as following:
  1. Complete the following survey by December 8th so that we can gather information regarding your preferences, background, and availability.
  2. Attend the virtual FSP Coaches' Training on December 10th from 10:00am-11:30am to learn about the program structure, timeline, materials, and more.
    1. Zoom link will be provided via email.
    2. Make-ups are available by request - email khitch01@calpoly.edu and continue completing this form.
  3. Serve as an FSP Coach at the virtual workshop during Week 2 for a small group of students - see dates and times below.
  4. Check-in with students during Week 5 for support.

We appreciate your willingness to participate! Our students need our support now more than ever.
