ACRE MEMBERSHIP - 2022

Membership Details

Welcome!
To renew or join the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE), please complete and submit this membership registration. 

To complete the registration you will need the following:
  • Membership type
  • Primary member (Main Contact): name, address, phone & email
  • Affiliate members: name & email  (List ALL trainers of endorsed curriculum and other staff you want to be affiliated with the Association)
  • Endorsed Curriculum Main Contact
  • Payment Method: Invoice or Credit Card-(additional fee)
Please be advised that primary member, of all membership types, is required to sign the ACRE Member Agreement, below.  Additionally, primary members with approved curriculum must sign the Endorsed Curriculum Agreement.

ACRE MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Endorsed Curriculum Membership*
Members with 1 or more endorsed curriculum

  • $800 Endorsed Curriculum  Membership  
  • Primary Member has voting rights, contact for Association Business and Committee Participation
  • Sign off on member and endorsed curriculum agreement as part of the registration form.
  • Affiliate Members - List-Serv and Committee Participation

Associate Membership*
May have interest in submitting a curriculum for ACRE approval; May offer training through a contract with an Endorsed Curriculum Member or may simply be an organization with an interest in ACRE and its mission.

  • $450 Associate Membership  
  • Primary Member has voting rights, contact for Association Business and Committee Participation
  • Sign off on the member agreement as part of the registration form.
  • Affiliate Members - List-Serv and Committee Participation

Individual Membership
Interest in ACRE's mission, May have an interest in submitting a curriculum for ACRE approval.

  • $150 Individual Membership 
  • Has voting rights, contact for association business, and committee participation.
  • Sign off on member agreement as part of the registration form

*Affiliate member: Included in the membership of an Endorsed Curriculum or Associate Membership; curriculum trainers and others in support of ACRE mission (not a voting member). All trainers of endorsed curriculum or others in your organization you want to be informed about ACRE.
