This survey is voluntary and anonymous. Do not include Confidential information in your responses, and any names or other Personal information that could identify you or any other person.

Comments will be reviewed and potentially shared as written and will not be edited.
2. How are you involved with the IBM product(s) that you are currently using? *This question is required.
3. When you are working with IBM product(s), do you access the corresponding documentation? *This question is required.
4. When you are working with IBM product(s), are you usually in an offline or online environment? *This question is required.
Assume that you are in an offline environment and are unable to access IBM documentation on the Internet. IBM Automation has developed four possible methods of delivering offline documentation.
  1. Offline PDF documentation: You are able to access a single PDF file for each Cloud Pak containing all of the documentation for that Cloud Pak.
  2. Offline HTML documentation with multiple access points: You are able to access a full set of offline documentation in HTML format, with a complete table of contents, and linking between the HTML documentation topics. You are also able to click help links in the GUI and navigate to the relevant topic in the offline documentation. Access to each of the different Cloud Pak documentation sets is via a separate URL.
  3. Offline HTML documentation a single access point: You are able to access a full set of offline documentation in HTML format, with a complete table of contents, and linking between the HTML documentation topics. You are also able to click help links in the GUI and navigate to the relevant topic in the offline documentation. Access to all the different Cloud Pak documentation is via a single URL.
  4. Offline TOC with proxy server access to online documentation: You can only access the Internet using a proxy server and you are unable to access online IBM documentation directly. However, you are able to access a complete offline table of contents of the documentation, and when you click on a node in the table of contents, that topic is accessed online using the proxy server. The use of the proxy server enables you to securely access online documentation, but you can only access one topic at a time.
5. Please rank these options in order of preference, with "1" being most preferred. *This question is required. Note: for the following table each column is restricted to a single answer across all rows.
