Let it Go Sis! An Empower(Her) is our in-house Women's support group for African American/Black women. A curated space to give and receive words of encouragement, motivation, and mental and emotional support amongst a collective of
Sistahs.
This is a special community for Black women in the Greater Sacramento area to connect, support, and uplift each other. Meeting twice a month, we provide a safe and honest forum where women can share their experiences, discuss challenges, and explore topics that matter most to us, from health and wellness to relationships, parenting, employment, and everything in between.
In our Sister Circle, no topic is off the table. We talk openly about the complexities of life, including issues related to intimate relationships, self-love, stereotypes, communication, anger, and more. We create a space where it's okay to be vulnerable, where we can process the challenges we face and celebrate our victories together.
We’ll also explore the inherited beliefs and behaviors that sometimes hold us back, identifying self-defeating patterns that interfere with our personal growth. Through honest and compassionate feedback, we’ll empower each other to break through these barriers and step into the best versions of ourselves.
Join us as we check in, connect, and tap into the unique therapeutic value of sisterhood. Together, we will grow, heal, and rise.
