Your Facility Information
Note: because our facility therapy dogs are assigned to specific facilities, applicants for these dogs must not be active-duty personnel. After a dog has been placed with a facility, if the handler is transferred or plans to leave the facility, the handler will need to notify Dogs Inc to determine if the facility therapy dog will remain at the facility with another handler, or if other accommodations need to be made. If the original facility therapy dog handler is moving to a similar role at a different facility that could accommodate a facility therapy dog, Dogs Inc will work with the handler on a case-by-case basis to approve or deny a change of facility. Dogs Inc can assist with any handler changes if the need arises.
