Ballot for the 2021 National CCAA President-Elect

Please submit your vote for the next National CCAA President-Elect.

Ballots must be submitted by 12 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 14, 2021. The elected officer will be announced at the conclusion of our 2021 Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, October 14. The meeting will start at 3 p.m. ET.

The next National CCAA President-Elect will begin serving as National CCAA President-Elect immediately after the 2021 Annual Membership Meeting and then will begin presidential duties immediately following the 2022 Annual Membership Meeting.
The nominated candidate for President-Elect is Dean Kilgour, Assistant Vice President for Enrollment at Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles, California.


 

Dean Kilgour serves as the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles. During his 34-year tenure at MSMU, Dean has held a variety of roles within the Enrollment Division.

Dean has been a strong advocate for Catholic, women’s education from his beginnings in the Undergraduate Admission area. Over time, his skills have allowed him to focus on enrollment planning, operations and analytics. In his current position, Dean provides leadership, oversight and assessment for the Offices of Financial Aid, Enrollment Technology, Graduate and Weekend/Online Admissions.  He is responsible for managing strategic priorities, initiatives and process improvements for the Enrollment Division in order to support the MSMU strategic plan.  

Dean has twice served on the University WASC Steering Committee, as well as on the Strategic Plan Implementation and Oversight Committee, the President’s Advisory Council, and the University Marketing and Communications Committee, among others.

He has been an active board member of the National Catholic College Admission Association since January, 2018.  He currently is the Western Regional Representative and contributes to the Communications/Marketing Committee. He is active in the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) and the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC).
